What data we process and why
- Request form: name, phone, email (optional) and your message. We use them only to reply to you. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6.1.a).
- Phone, WhatsApp and email: if you contact us this way we process the data you send in order to reply. WhatsApp is a service of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd, with its own privacy policy.
- Internal statistics: we count page views anonymously (page, referring site, language, device type), with no cookies and no IP addresses stored. Legal basis: legitimate interest in improving the website (Art. 6.1.f).
- Google Maps: the map loads only if you choose to load it. At that moment Google may collect browsing data. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a).
- Technical data: for security the hosting provider logs technical request data (for example IP address and time) for a limited period. Legal basis: legitimate interest in security (Art. 6.1.f).
How long we keep data
Requests sent with the form are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted automatically, unless you become a client, in which case legal retention periods apply.
Who receives the data
We never sell or share your data. The hosting and email providers and the people who maintain the website may process it on our behalf as data processors. Google Ireland Ltd receives data only if you choose to load the map; any transfer to the United States relies on the EU US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing (Articles 15 to 22 GDPR), and withdraw consent, by contacting us: phone 378 066 3391. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
